Position Summary The Valet Attendant is the first point of contact for our guests and plays a vital role in setting a welcoming tone for their visit. You will be responsible for greeting guests, safely parking and retrieving vehicles, and ensuring a seamless, courteous, and luxurious experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities * Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival. * Safely drive, park, and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner. * Open doors and assist guests with belongings if needed. * Maintain the driveway area to ensure a clean and organized appearance. * Communicate effectively with service advisors, porters, and other dealership staff. * Provide directions, answer basic questions, and assist guests as needed. * Follow all dealership safety and driving guidelines. * Treat each guest with the professionalism and hospitality reflective of the Lexus brand. Qualifications * Valid Arizona driver’s license and clean driving record. * Must be at least 18 years old. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Friendly, professional appearance and demeanor. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under various weather conditions. * Prior valet or customer service experience preferred but not required. Physical Requirements * Able to stand and walk for extended periods. * Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. * Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
