- able to connect with children and help foster a supportive and stimulating environment.
- able to work alongside a committed 5 Star team to promote development and learning among young students.
- comfortable working daily in a consistently high-energy environment.
- flexible and willing to help wherever needed.
- to work outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
- at least 18 years of age.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Negative TB skin test within the past two years.
- Reliable transportation.
- able to meet basic requirements of DRCC, such as background check.
