Position Summary: As a Roofing Repair Technician, you’ll perform high-quality repairs on a variety of roofing systems, including shingle, tile, metal, and flat roofs. You'll be responsible for accurately diagnosing issues, completing repairs to code and company standards, documenting your work through our digital systems, and supporting frequent client communication.
The role starts with a part-time workload and will build into a consistent 40-hour week. Future W2 employment opportunities may be available as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete roofing repairs on residential and commercial properties
Address leaks, flashing issues, broken shingles, and general roof damage
Conduct preventative maintenance when needed (resealing, debris clearing, minor touch-ups)
Perform roof inspections as assigned to assess damage or repair needs
Document findings and repairs using mobile apps and CRM software
Maintain a clean, professional appearance and uphold RRM’s standards in every interaction
Educate clients on the benefits of preventative maintenance packages
What You’ll Need:
3+ years of hands-on roofing repair experience
Deep knowledge of various roof systems and proper repair techniques
Reliable vehicle and tools suitable for the job
Ability to safely access and work on roofs in various conditions
Strong communication skills and professionalism
Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and CRM platforms
HAAG certification or estimating experience is a plus
Must have an active LLC and carry general liability insurance with at least $1 million in coverage
