We are hiring experienced Revenue Cycle consulting leaders to support active client projects focused on Epic optimization across the front and back end of the revenue cycle. These roles are best suited for candidates with strong consulting backgrounds , deep Epic RCM expertise , and a proven track record in large acute care hospital settings .
These are hands-on, client-facing roles with a focus on measurable outcomes in denials prevention , patient access , billing & collections , and overall revenue integrity.
Depending on location and engagement scope, responsibilities may include:
Lead redesign and optimization of patient access workflows : insurance verification, eligibility, authorizations, registration
Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to improve denials prevention , write-off avoidance , and clean claim rate
Oversee billing, collections, and AR follow-up processes
Drive improvements in denials management , claim edits, and payment posting
Lead end-to-end revenue cycle transformation from scheduling through final payment
Identify process gaps across both front-end and back-end and implement Epic-driven solutions
Deliver UR (Utilization Review) process improvements and optimize financial performance indicators
Epic Revenue Cycle optimization experience
5+ years of consulting experience in healthcare revenue cycle
Proven success working within large acute care hospital settings
Strong understanding of both hospital and physician group revenue cycle operations
Demonstrated results in denial prevention, revenue leakage mitigation, and clean claim improvement
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills
Willingness to travel up to 50% based on project
Ability to work as a W2 consultant (no 1099 for these engagements)
