Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound emails and calls to engage dentists and generate interest in our products.

• Provide additional collateral and information to prospects to facilitate decision-making.

• Proactively follow up with leads after sending collateral to secure sales call appointments.

• Schedule and coordinate handoffs to the client’s Sales Representatives, ensuring seamless transitions.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, calls, and follow-ups using CRM tools or spreadsheets.

• Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including call volume, email engagement, and appointment setting targets.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outbound calling, preferably in a sales or business development capacity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade.
• Familiarity with lead management tools such as Excel or CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
• Aggressive and self-driven attitude with a focus on achieving results.
• Preferred but not mandatory: experience in outbound sales for medical devices or dental-related products.
