Description
As an HCM Consultant on this team, candidate will be responsible for supporting Oracle Fusion applications (HCM modules). candidates will engage with customers to understand and map their business processes, design, and develop solutions using Oracle Fusion tools, create technical design documents, and perform unit testing with a comprehensive business flow in mind. candidate will collaborate with team members and communicate with business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Willing to work at the customer site in Falls Church, VA. No remote work.
Responsibilities also include but are not limited to providing excellence in customer service support, diagnosis, replication, resolving Functional and Technical issues of complex and critical service requests. The focus of this position is to provide Customer Servic
e on a technical and functional level and to ultimately drive complete and total resolution of each issue reported by customer.

Excellent communication skills. Can clearly explain complex technical concepts.
Minimum Qualifications
6+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud product / solutions.
Expertise in implementing and/or supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Applications.
Proficient in HCM modules, including but not limited to Payroll, Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Time & Labor, Talent and Absence.
Some experience with Redwood UI rollouts.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with diverse audiences, from executives to technical specialists.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, capable of developing and adapting action plans.
