• Worksite: Leading medical institution (San Francisco, CA 94109 - Onsite, Must support two Medical Centers)
• W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
• 40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment

A leading medical institution is seeking a Medical Staff Coordinator - Credentialing and Privileging . T he successful candidate will assist with the operations and support needs of the medical staff office in two Medical Centers.

Medical Staff Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Manage operational medical staff office support.
• Manage credentialing and privileging.

Medical Staff Coordinator Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Medical Staff Coordinator in a community hospital's medical staff office.
• Experience managing committee logistics and ED call scheduling.
• Experience with data entry/backlog catch-up in credentialing systems (even if not leading credentialing)
• Experience with ECHO and Cactus.
• Manual credentialing file prep.
• CPCS or CPMSM.
• Physician interaction and multi-tasking in a small team.
