Key Responsibilities:
Originate and close residential mortgage loans while consistently exceeding performance goals.
Develop and maintain relationships within the local real estate community and your existing network to generate business.
Provide expert guidance to clients throughout the mortgage process, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
Manage your own pipeline of loan applications and transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Stay updated on industry trends, mortgage products, rates, and underwriting guidelines to provide the best solutions to clients.
Qualifications:
At least 2-3 years of experience as a Loan Officer, specializing in residential mortgages.
Proven ability to self-generate and close over $10M in annual loan volume.
Strong network within the real estate industry, particularly in the Atlanta area.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently to meet and exceed goals.
Solid knowledge of mortgage products, rates, and underwriting guidelines.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and loan transactions simultaneously.
Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license is required.
Compensation:
100% commission-based pay structure with unlimited earning potential.
