Responsibilities: • Assist attorneys in drafting and preparing probate documents, including petitions, pleadings, and correspondence. • Conduct legal research and prepare summaries of findings related to probate matters. • Manage and maintain probate files, ensuring all documents are organized and accessible. • Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel regarding case status and updates. Qualifications: • Strong oral and written communication skills • Candidates who have completed a paralegal professional certification or have advanced paralegal education will receive preference • Must have great time-management skills, and organizational skills • Expertise in Probate: Minimum of 3 years of experience in probate law in Arizona.
