We're looking for a motivated individual to train and mentor into an Agency Owner within a year. You'll learn our proven sales system and, as a manager, help hire and train new agents. We're seeking a strong team leader who is passionate about helping others achieve financial security.

What You'll Do:
This is a remote (work-from-home) position.
As a sales associate, you'll contact interested clients, set appointments, discuss mortgage protection plans that fit their budgets, and complete electronic applications.
Full-time agents typically connect with 12-15 families per week. Part-time options are available to start.
As an agency owner, you will hire, train, and mentor new agents.
