Description We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role is ideal for someone who is detail oriented and excels in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Responsibilities: - Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates with relevant experience. - Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent. - Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate skills and alignment with company values. - Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements. - Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate information and streamline recruitment workflows. - Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience. - Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics to stakeholders. - Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process. - Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements during recruitment activities. Requirements - Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within a corporate setting. - Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and strategies. - Proficiency in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates effectively. - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities. - Knowledge of recruitment practices within the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
