Job Description

We are seeking a growth-minded Sales/Membership Manager with proven success in sales, passion for fitness, and a commitment to community-building. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for selling fitness and training memberships, promoting fitness programs, and providing outstanding customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Call leads and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Book appointments
• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Give club tours
• Sell fitness memberships and training packages
• Maintain a clean and organized front office area and general club upkeep
• Handle member concerns and provide exceptional customer service
• Create a fun atmosphere and engage in community events within and outside the club
• Assist with marketing initiatives and outreach to attract new customers
• Track sales and membership numbers
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions

• Proven ability to meet sales targets and goals

Compensation:

• Targeted earning potential up to $65,000 with base pay and commission
• Free gym membership for you plus 1
