MINIMUM 1 YEAR RECENT EXPERIENCE USING STAPLE GUNS OR NAIL GUNS IS REQUIRED

Connect Staffing, Inc. is currently looking to fill General Labor / Lumber Load Builder positions for a lumber company in Riverside, CA .

Schedule:  Monday through Friday, 1st shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30PM, plus Saturdays as needed (required)

Requirements of the General Labor / Lumber Load Builder:

• One year or more of recent general labor or construction experience required
• Prior experience staple guns or nail guns is required
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Must be able to work lots of mandatory OT
• Must be comfortable with working in an outside environment
• Prior experience in roles such as general laborer, forklift driver, construction, demolition, framing, material handler, loader/unloader, or lumper is a big plus!

Responsibilities of the General Labor / Lumber Load Builder: Load Builder worker:

• Strategically place wood to build a secure load
• Band loads tight to ensure that nothing will fall out
• Catch lumber coming out of quick chops/re-stack lumber
• Sweep work area
