Event Marketing Coordinator
We are on a mission to create cutting-edge technology tools for corporate financial offices worldwide. As a leading provider of SaaS treasury management solutions, we're expanding globally through innovative cash management, connectivity, and financial risk management.
We're looking for an Event Marketing Coordinator to support our global event marketing program. You'll be responsible for managing the logistics of both virtual and in-person events, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring flawless event execution for all participants.
Key Responsibilities
Event Logistics & Execution
Oversee end-to-end event logistics for webinars, trade shows, and customer events.
Maintain detailed project timelines and task lists using project management tools (like Monday.com).
Support both on-site event coordination and virtual event production.
Collaborate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to meet event requirements and deadlines.
Program Support
Assist in creating and managing event budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective execution.
Coordinate event registrations and handle attendee communications.
Capture and organize lead data in marketing systems.
Help create and distribute event materials and promotional content.
Handle speaker logistics, including travel and presentation materials.
Administrative & Reporting
Keep the event calendar up to date and ensure accurate documentation.
Manage event marketing supplies and inventory.
Coordinate internal meetings for event planning.
Process invoices and track budget-related expenses.
Compile post-event reports and analytics to assess event success.
Required Skills
2+ years of experience in event coordination.
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to travel up to 30% for event execution.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Experience with project management tools (Monday.com is a plus).
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of virtual event platforms and webinar technology.
Background in B2B marketing or the technology sector.
Experience with Marketo and Salesforce.
Familiarity with basic budget management and vendor coordination.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
