**CTG is seeking to fill an Enterprise Operations Administration position for our client.**
**Location:** Remote
**Duration:** 12 months
**Description:**
Support corporate and business unit operations, including administrative and corporate service functions, ensuring efficient day-to-day activities across the enterprise.
**Duties:**
+ Provide operational and administrative support to corporate and business teams.
+ Manage scheduling, communications, reports, and documentation.
+ Support process improvements and new system implementations.
+ Coordinate meetings and maintain records and databases.
+ Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
**Skills:**
+ Strong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
+ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
+ Able to work independently in a remote environment.
**Experience:**
+ 3+ years in administrative operations or corporate services.
+ Experience supporting enterprise-level teams preferred.
+ Remote work experience a plus.
**Education:**
+ Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field required; Bachelor's preferred, or equivalent experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $24.00 to $33.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
