Shifts: Flexible | Days & Nights | Rotating Weekends
Hourly Pay Range: $27.72 – $39.60/hr (based on experience)
5+ years: $33.00/hr
10+ years: $36.30/hr
15+ years: $39.60/hr

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team in Tallahassee, FL . As an ER RN, you will provide high-quality, efficient care to patients with a variety of emergent conditions—from minor injuries to life-threatening illnesses.
Deliver timely and compassionate emergency care to diverse patient populations
Triage, assess, and prioritize patients based on acuity
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for effective patient care coordination
Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans
Educate patients and families on discharge instructions and follow-up care
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year recent acute care ER RN experience required
Education:
Associate Degree or RN Diploma required
Licensure/Certifications:
Active RN License in Florida or multistate compact (must obtain FL license before start)
BLS certification (required before start)
ACLS & PALS certifications (required within 90 days of hire)
Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification (required within 90 days of hire)
