We are seeking a Master Data Analyst with 16+ years of experience to lead data quality, governance, and reporting initiatives across multiple agencies. This role requires deep expertise in SQL, data warehousing, business intelligence tools, and complex reporting development . The analyst will work closely with high-level stakeholders to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data while developing innovative solutions to address complex business and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate data, and ensure data quality.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries , reports, and dashboards.
- Design metadata, data dictionaries, and database documentation.
- Establish and enforce data standards, policies, and governance practices .
- Troubleshoot and resolve data inconsistencies and system issues.
- Lead data-driven reporting and BI projects throughout the SDLC .
- Stay up to date with trends in data management and business intelligence.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 16+ years of professional experience in data analysis, management, and reporting .
- Advanced SQL and BI tool expertise.
- Strong background in data governance, data quality, and database systems.
- Proven ability to lead projects and coordinate with multiple agencies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
