Bridge Engineer
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with expertise in bridge and roadway design to join our infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of transportation infrastructure projects including highways, interchanges, and bridges. Key duties include preparing engineering reports, conducting site inspections, performing structural and geometric design calculations, and ensuring compliance with DOT standards and local regulations. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and public agencies is essential.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (PE license preferred)
3+ years of experience in bridge and roadway design
Proficiency in design software (MicroStation, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar)
Strong knowledge of AASHTO, MUTCD, and state DOT guidelines
Excellent communication and project management skills
